Xmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. I liked the friendly and professional staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the magnificent waterfront views from some of the rooms. the hotel's key location made it easy to explore the city using their shuttle service. the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and the staff, especially Chlarisse, JR, and Ruel, were helpful and made the dining experience enjoyable.

The hotel's shuttle bus had limited hours, which meant that I had to take a cab if I was returning late. Housekeeping occasionally overlooked washing some items in the room, and there was one instance where I found a rusty nail on the bathroom floor.

Quiet location, local eateries, supermarkets nearby, easy access to Zhuhai border, excellent housekeeping staff.

The rooms in this hotel are superb, really comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of food. Helpful and friendly staff. Great pool for laps. Amazing views over the ocean. Shuttle service to the ferry every 30 minutes.

Assistance provided by the staff was always available, nothing was too much trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room I stayed in at Crowne Plaza. The waterfront view was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The housekeeping service was mostly good, although there were a couple of instances where they missed cleaning some items. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff, especially Chlarisse, JR, and Ruel, were professional and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, thanks to the friendly front desk staff. The hotel also provided complimentary iced tea in the lobby, a nice touch after a long day of activities. The concierge, Rhuel and Francis, were knowledgeable and gave us useful tips for exploring the area. The hotel lifts were fast, minimizing wait times. The location was convenient, especially with the hotel shuttle taking guests to the Macau ferry every 30 minutes. I had a pleasant and luxurious stay at Crowne Plaza Macau that exceeded my expectations.

The only drawback of my stay was the incident at the pool where the staff did not allow my sister to watch over her daughters without wearing a swimsuit. It would have been more accommodating if the hotel had allowed her to ensure her children's safety.

Great breakfast, 6:30-10:30, wide range of choices. Comfortable bed, sofa, and TV with many channels. Efficient room service. Excellent bathroom facilities. Convenient location, 5-minute walk to bus stops. Close to pier, with shuttle every 30 minutes.

It was convenient to access public transportation, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and the lively Cotai area.

Here, I found a luxurious and exclusive hotel that provided me with the amenities I needed, such as a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a bar area to unwind. the service was impeccable; the staff were friendly and professional, and they fulfilled all of my needs.

The only minor issue was the location, which was not close to all of the tourist spots. this was compensated by the hotel's private facilities and shuttle service that helped me explore the city.
